Stretch and Strengthen: Join Our Weekly Stretch Class!

As we begin our projects, it's important to remember that strong arms, good back posture, and steady legs are essential for squatting and maintaining proper form for long periods.

As your Caring Wellness Activator/Therapist, my role is to help you prevent muscle soreness, injuries, and spasms during your daily activities—especially as you work towards your goals.

I’m excited to announce that we’re starting a Stretch Class to help you improve flexibility, mobility, and strength. This class is perfect for all fitness levels, especially beginners!

Class Details:

🗓 Starting March 1st | Saturdays, 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM
💲 Registration: $97 for 6 sessions (Drop-ins welcome!)
📍 Location: 51424 Van Dyke Ave, Shelby Business Centre, Suite 27, Shelby Township, MI 48316.
👕 Outfit: Comfortable t-shirt, loose pants, and walking shoes (no sandals).
💧 Bring a water bottle.
